1. Enrollment and Admission : Admission to any course or program is subject to the availability of seats and fulfilling the necessary eligibility criteria set by the institute.
2. All students must submit accurate information and required documents during the admission process. The institute reserves the right to verify the authenticity of these documents.
3. Payment of fees is mandatory to confirm your enrollment. Admission will not be considered complete until the full fees are paid.
4. Fees and Payment :  Fees for courses and programs must be paid on or before the specified due date.
5. Failure to pay the required fees on time may result in cancellation of admission or denial of access to course materials, classes.
6. Fees are non-refundable.
7. No refunds will be provided after the commencement of the course, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the institute.
8. Code of Conduct : Students are expected to behave respectfully with faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
9. Use of any form of abusive language, physical violence, or substance abuse is strictly prohibited on the premises.
10. Plagiarism or cheating in assignments, exams, or any academic activity will lead to disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion.
11. Intellectual Property : All educational materials provided by the institute (including but not limited to course notes, presentations, videos, and online content) are the intellectual property of the institute.
12. Students are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the course material without written permission from the institute.
13. Attendance and Performance : Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate, as specified by the institute. Failure to meet the required attendance may result in disqualification from exams or completion certificates.
14. Continuous assessment is a key part of our educational program. Students are required to submit assignments, attend exams, and participate in classroom activities to demonstrate their understanding of the course material.
15. Examination and Certification :  Students are required to adhere to the examination rules and regulations set by the institute.
16. Any form of malpractice during examinations will result in disciplinary action, including the possibility of disqualification.
17. Certificates will be issued to students who successfully complete the course and meet the required assessment criteria.
18. Liability : The institute is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property that occurs on the premises or during institute-related activities, unless caused by the institute’s negligence.
19. The institute shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of courses due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond the institute’s control.
20. Termination : The institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in misconduct.
21. In the event of termination, no refund will be provided.
22. Amendments : The institute reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on the official website and communicated to the students as necessary.
